Review : Not If I See You First

REVIEW :

Rating: 4/5

Oh, how much I love smart female protagonists with stiff spines, thick skins, and a bit of snark to spice up their personalities. And Parker Grant slayed it. I love it how this book was more about character building than girl getting the guy.

I love the writing of this book. It's written really realistically. The dialogue and characters are very real and honest.
I liked Parker a lot. She wasn't always likable but it was realistic. She had her ups and downs but who doesn't?
I just loved reading about her. And her character development was great.

I understood both characters, I understood their worries and concerns and was able to be on both sides at the same time, but I also see why each held on to their past mistakes but watching them break away from that was so heartwarming and uplifting; Parker and Scott’s bond is truly one of a kind.

In short I would just say,  What a breath of fresh air! This was such a refreshing story, and I'm so happy with it.

I also have to just say that I love the cover for this book as it has Braille on it. I love little extra touches like that and it fits so well with the story.

From the realism to the great friendships, this was a really enjoyable, gripping and well-written story.

Thank you so much @harpercollinsch for sending me an ARC.
